Digital Products Refund Policy
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.prevenuetech.in are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
We do not issue refunds for digital services once the order is confirmed and the project moves into the planning phase. A refund is not possible for work already completed.
Digital Delivery
We usually delivered software digitally on same day (almost instant on payment confirmation) in the form of DOWNLOAD. Sometimes it may take little longer time.
Carrier Shipping
You can opt DVD/CD option on demand basis with extra amount of Rs.499. If opted DVD/CD or Voucher option then product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days from shipped. and we usually ship in 1-2 business day.
Return
All products are non-returnable once delivered or used. So, we will not take any refund request (s).
Except:
If your received any product in DVD or CD or Pen drive and found in damage condition then you have to inform us within 48 hours from received it. We will replace it with new one.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order can’t be cancelled once placed in all respects. No refund will not be processed at any cost.
